Sorry for the late newswire Hawks:) Here’s what’s happening this week:
In the Nest This Week:
Remember: School Photos are Thursday!
A Communication of Learning – Initial Observations for JK/K students and Progress Reports for students in Grades 1 to 8 will be distributed on Tuesday, November 6th. Parent-Student-Teacher Conferences will be held at Monsignor Haller from 3:30 to 9:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 8th.
Once again, we sent home a sign up sheet for the conferences. These are due to the school no later than October 22nd to book your preferred times. One form per family is all you need to record all your children. This year, we will avoid booking consecutive interviews. The reason for this is to allow for travel time between classrooms for families with more than one child. Families will be given times within a similar timeframe.
For JK to Grade 3 students, parents should book an interview with the classroom teacher and with the planning time teacher, if interested. For Grade 4 to 8 students, parents should only book an interview with the classroom teacher and the French teacher, if interested. Interviews for planning time and French teachers will be granted on a first come, first served basis. We look forward to seeing all families of our JK to Grade 8 students on Thursday, November 8th!
Monday: Bus Evacuation Practice at the school for all students (am)
