Enrolment and Class Structures:
The staff at Monsignor Haller spend countless hours on structuring the next year’s classes; considering many factors for student success. such as male to female ratio, academic, social and behavioural needs. Our staff take great care to ensure there is a balance of needs in each classroom. Thank you for trusting us to make the right decision for your child by respecting our professional placements.
Please be advised that the school board will be reviewing our class sizes and enrolment patterns in the first week of September. There is always the possibility that we open a new classroom (even into late September) which could result in students moving to different classrooms based on the school board’s decision/communication. We will let you know in September if this is going to happen.

Safe Departure Expectations:
Please remind your child that if she/he misses the bus after school to stay at the school and report to the main office. The school secretary or Principal will call the parent to notify you that your child will not be getting off the school bus and to make arrangements for a pick up. child home.
All money transactions will be posted online next year. The school board has moved away from taking most/all cash, which means ALL field trips, hot lunch (pizza), fundraising etc. will move to the online platform. Please call Mrs. Neves if you have not set up your account yet, and she can assist you.
Grade 8 student accounts will automatically carry on with them to St. Mary’s, who will have their high school registration information posted there.
If you have medication at the school for your child, please call the school for pick up.
